There are some very good reasons to use a voip consultant. After attempting a voip solution on our own our company ended up with a very painful mess. We had a chronic problem with important calls dropping and a frequent inability to have a phone conversation that wasn’t garbled. We ended up bringing in a voip consultant who ran a variety of network tests and identified gaping holes in our network design, as well as a poor server configuration, that contributed to our problem. We were able to get the situation remedied in the end but it was costly. We’d have been much farther ahead and avoided the pain had we consulted with a voip professional at the beginning. Enough can’t be said about the importance of this topic. Keep up the good work.
